Checklist

The glow up checklist for guys

Updated · Looksmaxxing: Glow Up Coach team

Short answer

A glow up checklist for guys splits the work into three rhythms. Daily: sleep 7–9 hours, face routine with SPF, water, steps, posture checks. Weekly: 2–4 workouts, a grooming check, outfit prep and one social challenge. Monthly: haircut, closet clean-out and progress photos in the same light. Tick it off for 30 days before judging the results.

How to use the checklist

  1. Start with five daily items, not all of them. Sleep, face routine, water, steps and posture are a good base.
  2. Tick it at the same time every evening. Two minutes is enough.
  3. Don't restart from zero after a bad day: aim for “never miss twice”.
  4. Add the weekly items in week two and the monthly ones once you're consistent.
  5. Judge after 30 days, with photos taken in the same conditions, not after three.

Back to school, New Year or summer glow up

Fixed dates are great motivators because you know exactly when people will see you again. Count back from the date and focus on what shows in that time:

A New Year glow up works the same way, but treat January 1 as day one of a 30-day plan, not as a deadline. Our 30-day glow up plan gives a week-by-week order.
