Looksmaxxing: Glow Up Coach (also called Leo Glow) is a free looksmaxxing and glow up app for men that turns self improvement into a game: a habit tracker, an AI coach called Leo and a daily challenge wheel, built on daily habits instead of face ratings.

Every day you spin a wheel that gives you one small, concrete challenge in one area (skin, physique, style, sleep, posture, mind, water, grooming or social). You do it for real and your avatar levels up with you. Leo, the AI coach, helps you fit it into your actual day.
No face scans, no attractiveness scores, no extreme diets.

Free and Glow+
It's free to download, and the daily challenges, the wheel and the 14–60 day challenges are free. Leo answers a few messages a day at no cost. Glow+ is an optional subscription that unlocks the full 4-week plans, step-by-step guidance for the long challenges, practically unlimited Leo and removes ads.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't scan your face or give you an attractiveness score: the Glow Score measures habit consistency.
- It doesn't give medical or dermatological diagnoses: if something worries you, Leo points you to a professional.
- It doesn't suggest mewing, bone smashing, extreme fasting or steroids.
