Daily routine
Daily looksmaxxing routine: the minimum that actually shows
Short answer
A good looksmaxxing routine fits in 20–40 minutes a day: in the morning skin care + sunscreen, water and your outfit ready; during the day movement and posture checks; at night cleanse your face, screens away and bed at a fixed time. Consistency beats any hack.
Before you start: pick a few things
The classic mistake is copying a 25-step TikTok routine and dropping it after three days. Start with three things (for example: sunscreen, 8,000 steps, in bed before 11 pm) and add another once those are automatic.
The routine, step by step
- When you wake up: water and light
A glass of water and a few minutes of daylight. It helps you wake up and sleep better at night.
- Morning skin care
Wash your face with lukewarm water or a gentle cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher). Details in the skincare guide.
- Quick grooming
Beard lined up or a clean shave, hair styled, deodorant. Fragrance: two sprays, no more.
- Clothes with intent
Clothes that fit, clean and that go together. Laying them out the night before saves decisions.
- Movement
Train or, at minimum, walk 6,000–10,000 steps and do a few sets of push-ups and squats.
- Posture checks
Three times a day: shoulders back, chin tucked, screen at eye level. Exercises here.
- Water through the day
Carry a bottle and refill it. Fewer sodas.
- Night: skin and screens
Cleanse and moisturize. 30–60 minutes screen-free before bed, and bed at the same time.

| Sunday | Active rest and prep the week |
How not to quit
- Make it visible: tick off every day you do it. Seeing a streak is addictive.
- Minimum rules: if you can't do it all, do the 5-minute version, but do it.
- Review weekly what you did and didn't, and adjust without beating yourself up.
Frequently asked questions
How much time do I need each day?
20 to 40 minutes spread through the day, not counting training. The skin care part is 3–5 minutes.
Morning or night?
Both have a role: sunscreen in the morning; cleansing and sleep at night. Sunscreen is the step people forget most.
What if I skip a day?
That's fine. What matters is not skipping two in a row. In the app, streaks have shields that cover a missed day.
